Reorganisation of language and memory networks in cerebro-injured patients

Using a multimodal approach that integrates behavioural, neuropsychological and neuroimaging data, we examine the remodelling of language networks in interaction with long-term memory. We propose integrative neurocognitive models that describe the anatomical regions involved as well as the functional and anatomical connections, by comparing healthy subjects and patients with different clinical characteristics. We aim to develop tools for classifying patients according to their profiles and making predictions about their cognitive outcome.
